- Fortnightly Check-Ins will also be conducted to ensure you're on the right path to your goals. A selection of questions ranging from how your nutrition has been, to how you're finding your training. The questions are developed to make sure you're provided with the best coaching experience each week. - The responses to your check in's will be delivered via Loom to allow you clearer feedback in context for a better coaching experience. |
