- On-going tailored nutritional protocols tailored to your goals. - Structured in an evidenced based approach to help assist fat loss and enhance muscle growth/retention. - Designed in a flexible approach allowing you to eat the foods you enjoy the most. - Learn to consume nutrient rich dense foods, hitting your daily calorie intake, macronutrient intake and micronutrient intake and having the foods you love still, within moderation. - On-going amendments to your macros/meal plan to alleviate plateau in your progression. |
CHECK INS
- Fortnightly Check-Ins will also be conducted to ensure you're on the right path to your goals. A selection of questions ranging from how your nutrition has been, to how you're finding your training. The questions are developed to make sure you're provided with the best coaching experience each week. - The responses to your check in's will be delivered via Loom to allow you clearer feedback in context for a better coaching experience. - An exercise database is available to ensure you're performing the exercises correctly, cues for the exercises and minimising any injuries.
